Jun was born and raised in the Philippines until the age of 12 when his family moved to Hawaii. He graduated from Aiea High School, attended Leeward Community College, and went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Art and Design at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Jun began his career in the food and beverage industry which helped to finance his education. Upon graduating college, Jun transitioned into sales and advertising for various publications including Honolulu Advertiser and Hawaii Business Magazine, and spent the last 15 years in the lending industry.

While pursuing his passion, Jun committed the past few years to the launching of his locally-made Filipino-inspired hot sauce, Jun’s Awesome Hot Sauce. Once Covid hit, Jun began to reevaluate his path and decided that real estate was a career that allowed him to continue his relationships and help others buy, sell and invest in real estate.
